For lessons,payment for an entire month's tuition will be collected at the first lesson of each month. For early childhood music courses, payment for the entire course will be collected at the first session. Accelerando accepts cash and checks.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel a lesson, please contact us beforehand so we can reschedule at your convenience. 24 hours notice is appreciated. An extra week will be built in for the early childhood music courses in the event that we need to reschedule.
Accelerando's Travel Policy
Accelerando is committed to a prompt arrival when we travel to your home for any of our services. Extra charges may apply for those locations outside a 15 mile travel radius of Old Town, Alexandria. All piano and guitar lessons are now taking place in Miss Katie's studio in Old Town, Alexandria. Flute, Saxophone, and Clarinet Lessons take place in your home under the instruction of John Hazelwood. Click here for more information on lessons.
